Each essay on climate change
is
Shouting to a drunkard
impatiently
Remake yourself and live
deep
With faith, this time
somehow
Magically, the words are the key
persuading
Implacable, irresistible desire hitting
bottom
To fall chastened, and we rise
lifting
Ourselves newborn
pure
